Ukraine has NOT registered its borders since December 25, 1991! The UN Secretary-General has declared that Ukraine has not applied for border registration since 1991, so the state of Ukraine does not exist ... And we know nothing about that! 07.04.2014 UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon made an astonishing statement, which is banned from the Ukrainian press and on the Internet. The conflict between the two states was raised at the meeting of the UN Security Council. The following conclusion was reached: Ukraine has NOT registered its borders since 25 December 1991. The registration of Ukraine's borders as a sovereign state did not take place within the UN. Therefore, it can be assumed that Russia does not commit any violation with respect to Ukraine. According to the CIS Treaty, the territory of Ukraine is an administrative district of the Soviet Union. Therefore, no one can be blamed for separatism and the forced change of Ukraine's borders. Under international law, the country simply has no officially recognized borders. To resolve this issue, Ukraine must complete the demarcation of its borders with neighboring countries and obtain the consent of neighboring countries, including Russia, on their common border. Everything needs to be documented and agreements signed with all neighboring countries. The European Union is determined to support Ukraine on this important issue and has decided to provide full technical assistance. But will Russia sign a border agreement with Ukraine? No of course not! As Russia is the legal successor of the Soviet Union (this is confirmed by international court decisions on property disputes between the former Soviet Union and foreign countries), the territories to which Ukraine, Belarus and Novorossia belong belong to Russia and no one has the right to dispose of that territory without Russian consent. Basically, all Russia needs to do now is declare that this territory belongs to Russia and that everything that happens in this territory is a domestic matter for Russia. According to the Budapest Memorandum and other agreements, there are no Ukrainian borders. The state of Ukraine does not exist and has never existed!
